FOOF i. verb, noun - (The Originator Says) "Foof is mine own word, Webster hasn't a clue it should've been included in his latest endeavor. "Foof", and "tool around" and "cruise" are interchangeable. Also means that, noun-wise, one who foofs a lot and/or enjoys the sport of foofing is therefore: A foof. And a really BIG FOOF is probably spending far more time at it than is good for you. Hope this explains it all to you ." -From JLM
GARFUMIS Noun - assorted used articles and materials not immediately useful, but too good to be thrown away. Coined by the author because he has LOTS of this in his office and garage. Example: "This is valuable garfumis." "Get that garfumis out of here!"
GAZPACHO Noun - [Sorry, this is a REAL word! A Spanish cold soup made with tomatoes, chopped cucumbers, peppers, onions, oil, vinegar, etc. and served cold. I'm embarrassed to report that this one is in the dictionary.
GUBS noun - a VERY large amount of something. This is one from my mother who used it frequently. Example: "We had gubs of fun!" "There were gubs of extra chairs."
JIZZY WIT or JIZZYWIT noun - Another one from my mother's lips. It means a young lady or girl, of loose morals, who seems to be empty headed, but gets along well because she's beautiful. Not said in a friendly way. Example: "He said he was through with that little jizzywit!" Also jizzy-Wit...
POOPERY noun - trivial and/or inane things or ideas or statements or plans or speeches. I didn't coin it and I don't know who did. Example: "The conference was thoroughly laden with poopery." "His poopery occluded his value." [possibly from "nincompoopery"]
PLORKIN noun - an article, whose proper name is perhaps unknown, perhaps used and of unknown material, but too useful-looking to be thrown away summarily. Almost the singular of GARFUMIS. Coined by Tom Stewart because he needed a name for such things. Example: "Please hand me that plorkin." "This plorkin is damaged!"
SPOOFACT noun - a definition that almost sounds like a fact, but in reality is just a joke... or lame attempt at a joke. Example: "A duck's quack does not echo!" "And no one knows why!"
WHACKERY noun - a word that means the practice or process of duping some one so powerfully that they may feel as if they had been hit over the head when they realize what has happened. Not a sly thievery, but a gross happening, yet without any actual physical violence. Example: "She was sweet, but indulged in occasional whackery of her friends."
